| So it's been a while since my last post. I've been told I should update
more often. I'm gonna give it a try, but no promises. This year has
been going great. Last night was so much fun! I had the second bar
experience of my life. Me, Matt, Ankeet, Dennis, Jon, Sarah, and Jaren
all went to Highdive. It's a bar off campus in Champaign. I loved it.
We all pregamed at Matt's house. This time I did not over do it on the
alcohol. That's an entirely different story. (I love you two for taking
care of me.  ) Highdive is deffinately a
dance bar, or should I say an asian dance bar? lol. I guess there were
a surprising amount of white people there last night though, so I
didn't feel as much in the minority. (which is just ridiculous for a
white girl to say.... but hey, I'm sayin it.) We rode in the Magic
Merlin Mobile to get there. I love that van. Ankeet, your van is
soooooo pimp. When we got there we even got to cut in front of a whole
bunch of people cuz Ankeet had these flyers for free cover. Free is
awesome. As soon as we got in Sarah and I went to the dance floor, and
were soon after on the stage. It was so much fun just to dance, I
havn't done that in so long. Matt came up after a couple minutes after
that and we danced together for the first time being together. He's not
too bad, I think I can get him to break out of his white boy shell
eventually. Till then I can go off his hotness. 
After that it was pretty much a lot of dancing and chillin outside.
Sarah and I deffinately made a Matt sandwich, which was followed later
when Matt and Jaren made a Sarah (me) sandwich. That was all hot.
Literally.... I like to dance but damn was it hot in there. After
dancing with Matt and Jaren my hair was soaked. It was so worth it
though. If only every night could be that much fun. When we all finally
got back Ankeet, Matt, and I walked to Green St. to get some food and
brought it back to Matt's. I went to bed straight after that, I was so
tired and I had an 8am this morning. Surprisingly I wasn't super tired
when I woke up, I more or less just wanted to keep laying down cuz my
body was tired. So that was last night anyways. Like I said, I'll try
keeping this thing updated more often. Tonight should be equally as
awesome. So far it's Matt, Ankeet, and I going to Murphy's for dinner,
then we're going to one of their friend's birthday parties/some bar
prolly, and eventually making it to the future for awesome party number
2. I gotta say it's looking like a hot night. Well, I should go do
something productive. Love you guys!

| I guess I was gonna have to get around to writing about this eventually. If you're at all confused about the song I posted it has a reason. I broke up with Alex about 3 weeks ago. I really don't want to get into specifics on here, so if you care to ask I can tell you about it. He's a big part of my life to say good bye to. I know that although it might be hard now, I will be ok eventually and things will work out for the best. The four years I spent with him were full of a million things that I will always treasure. He was my first love, and I will always love him for that. I grew and learned so much with him, I only hope he did the same. I don't regret a thing about our relationship, and I wouldn't have wanted to spend that time any other way. Thank you Alex, for everything. | | |

But once again something's happened.

At times I wonder if we really took the steps to break right through it.

| Why hello again.... it finally looks like I have some intereting stuff to write about. Tonight I was hanging out with Megan and Jaci and we got kicked out of 2 different parks within like 15 minutes of one another by the cops. Wtf is that? lol It's stupid that something outside, like a park, could be closed. It's outside.... but oh well, I guess it's safer that way.
The other night I was hangin out with Alex and Rachel. We went to Family Video to rent a movie, thought everything was goin well... We were wrong. lol. Turns out we get to Alex's and the girl that checked us out forgot to take the pin out that lets you be able to get the movie out of the case. Nonetheless, we tried and tried to open it till we broke the case in half. Only then did we drive back to Family Video and get a new movie. House of Flying Daggers was pretty good.
On a completely unrelated note, my parents bought a silver Dodge Durango this week. It's prety awesome considering I never thought they'd ever buy a car....ever. It's at the dealer right now and we have a shitty ass van to drive till the Durango gets all fixed up. Oh, and I got my hair cut the other day. It's a litle shorter than I might have described to any of you, and I have my long "bangs" again. It's a little blonder too, lol, just what I need.
Other than that I've just been hanging out with my friends at home, goin to class, and working. Class hasn't been to bad, it just sucks doing homework in the summer. Boy, the Party is kickin my ass. It's too bad I have to be back there in about 8 hours.... Maybe there will be more exciting things going on and I'll write more often, we'll see.... | | |
| hehehe, so it looks like i really suck at this. oh well, anyone who cares prolly already knows what i've been up to, but i'm gonna rehash it all anyways. It's a lonely night after the Party and there's more Party to be had tomorrow morning so this is how i will fill that space.
Obviously my first year of college is long since over. I'd have to say it was an experience I'll never forget. I don't really feel different, but I know I am. I'm not gonna get all philisophical, cuz i can do that, but i can sense a change. I guess it's most apparent when I talk to younger kids. There really is a world of difference between 15 and 19.
I'm just glad I had such a great second semester. (no more crazy roommate) I met a lot of great people and made some really good memories with my friends. I can't wait till next year. The apartment is going to be so much fun.
All and all summer has been going well. I took the first week back to just relax and not do much. Now I'm back at the Party City, and going and full force i might add. They are working me to the bone. I'm gonna clock around 45 hours this week alone, that is insane. I also have a great, wonderful, very long story to share with all of you from the Party so please ask about it if you wanna know. 
Other than that I've just been hanging out when i'm not working or sleeping, and i guess i even mix those sometimes. hehe. My summer isn't really full of anything exciting so sorry if you were looking for a spellbinding saga by me. I did get a frog for Megan for her birthday. That was pretty cool. His name is Raul.... Raul tiene verugas.... lol. Oh high school Spanish class, how i miss thee.
I guess I'm just gonna try to update when i'm either bored or when something exciting in the life of me happens. Living in Lisle I highly doubt that anything that terribly interesting will happen, but there might be a lot of boredom. But I guess you could gimme a call and we could do something interesting that I could write about. It's up to you. | | |
